- Intersectoral communication between PA, business, authorities and local communities
In 2008 the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology has approved the package of training programs for all categories of PA staff
Apart from classroom courses we offer thematic study tours to the leading Russian and foreign nature protected areas. The main goal of these study tours is to familiarize environmental specialists with the best available practice in PA management in the most successful nature reserves and national parks. Tour participants study innovative forms and methods of PA management, learn practical examples of interaction between PA, business, authorities and local communities, talk with administration and staff of PA and partner organizations. All programs are rather flexible and depend on the practical needs and professional interests of the participants.

For international specialists in ecology, biodiversity conservation, environmental interpretation and ecosystems management we offer study tours and field visits to the Russian nature reserves and national parks.
